Works as expected / advertised

PlugPlayer works good for me! I am glad I bought it despite the bad notes of other users.

To make it work (for me) I had to change the PlugPlayer settings: I had to switch on WLAN in PlugPlayer "extended settings" (Einstellungen App / PlugPlayer / WIFI trotz Sperre in German).
Thereafter it did not hang anymore and everything is fine. Before I changed those settings PlugPlayer stoped working continuously, did not play in the background and I thought it to be useless.

I use it together with SonyBravia TV, Pioneer LX 86 AV Receiver and a Twonkey Media UPNP Server.

I really like PlugPlayer. I like its simple but powerful user-interface. It works.

I didnt find a better UPNP / DLNA controlpoint app - not for iOS and not for Windows Phone.
